Me and another 11 classmate went to Jabatan Laut Kemaman to make our seafearer card and passport book.
So after class on 2pm,we go to post office and bought 22 pieces of money order at the post office.
After that we go to the fucking place. First,when we reach they, we thought the office was big like hell. WTF...this is the first small government office that i ever saw in my life. Luckily they was only 12 of us....
Ok...it's ok that only me and my classmate.
But...what so fucked up is,only 1 of the officer is doing the job.
Another 1 is like bullshit sitting they chatting with the guy doing the job,some more eating.
After 10 min we waiting for the officer to called us,they is a girl came right infront of us..
Ok...this time was 3 fucking stupid Terengganu people in the office.
I ask the officer why aren't you helping the other officer do this seafearer registration. The he reply me.it is none of his business to do that stuff.
Ya well...none of his business. Don't he saw that got 12 people waiting to be called?
